Here at Rhino Home Protect we offer unique insurance policies to home buyers and home sellers covering the cost of the process of buying or selling a property against the risk of the property transaction falling through. We offer numerous partners the option to partner with us and benefit from selling our highly sought-after insurance. If you have access to home buyers and home sellers throughout the purchase / sale process then you can financially benefit from selling the product, and your clients will have access to rates even better than ours! We have been providing Home Buyers and Sellers Protection products in the UK for over 10 years now and are one of the original providers of this product. We have significant industry experience in this area, which together with our technological solutions ensures we provide the best possible service.

We offer 3 primary options for partnering with Rhino Home Protect. Each gives you the opportunity to earn a significant commission on each policy sold, and your customers can benefit from a more advantageous rate than going through Rhino Home Protect directly.

1. Host Your Own Web-shop

Our technology is second to none, and we offer our partners the option to sell our Home Buyers and Home Sellers Insurances via their own unique white labelled web-shop. The web-shop would be branded using your company logo and colour theme as well as given its own unique URL (*your company*.rhinohomeprotect.com) and all customers that purchase using your unique web-shop would be tracked and ringfenced. A commission would be paid to your company for each insurance policy sold, and you will help set the rate made available to your customers, meaning that they can have access to preferential rates.

Note that we will ensure that any compliance steps are taken to ensure that you are able to offer the cover via one of these white labelled web-shops. Note that we will deal with all customer queries and all claims made by customers directly.

• You refer clients to your own ‘white labelled’ web-shop where they can purchase cover
• We will create a white labelled web-shop branded with your logo and theme
• You direct clients to the web-shop to purchase
• Clients complete a simple application, submit payment, and have their policy documents issued online
• Clients are given access to a ‘log in area’ where they can download documentation at any time
• We offer a dedicated helpline to assist with customer queries
• We send you a monthly statement confirming who has bought along with payment for the commission due to you
• Where you are not FCA authorised, we can appoint you as our Introducer Appointed Representative (subject to qualifying criteria), allowing you to administer a scheme in this way

2. Issue Policies Yourself

We offer an option for partners to issue Home Buyers and Home Sellers Protection Insurance themselves via our HUB portal. This option is perfect if you want to have greater control over the purchase process or include this insurance within your own proposition. Our HUB platform is used to administer policies yourself, meaning that you set the rates and you literally bind the premiums. But don’t worry! Our HUB platform makes the process of setting up Home Buyers and Home Sellers Protection Insurance a quick and easy process! Note that we will ensure that any compliance steps are taken to ensure that you are able to offer the cover via our HUB platform.

Note that we will deal with all customer queries and all claims made by customers directly.

• We can assist you with marketing literature and unique SEO friendly web content
• We can assist with marketing literature and policy documentation
• You can incorporate the insurance within your own proposition
• You and your agents will be issued with usernames and passwords for the HUB portal
• You will be able to complete application on your client’s behalf and generate policy documents that can be forwarded to your clients
• At the end of each month, you will generate a statement of sales in the month, which will confirm the total amount due, net of your commission, from which you will submit payment of the amount due
• You will need to be FCA authorised to operate a scheme in this way. Where you are not, we may be able to make you our Appointed Representative (subject to qualifying criteria)

3. Act as a ‘Delegated Authority’

If you like the look of our Home Buyers and Sellers Protection Insurance offering and want to include the insurance as part of your service offering on a mandatory basis, then we would look to put in place a ‘delegated authority’ agreement. This means that you will be including the insurance for all clients that use your services and may generate a significant volume of policies monthly. Note that we will ensure that any compliance steps are taken to ensure that you are able to offer the cover via our HUB platform.

• We will create marketing literature and sample policy documents, branded with your logo
• You can incorporate the insurance within your product offering as standard
• We will provide you with template Policy documents that you will be able to issue as standard, as part of your product fulfilment
• Each month you will provide us a list of clients that have purchased (in an agreed format) and payment for the amount due (net of your commission)
• You will need to be FCA authorised to operate a scheme in this way. Where you are not, we may be able to make you our Appointed Representative (subject to qualifying criteria)
